Is Stress Running Your Career?
How stress changes the way you think, perform and see your options, and how understanding your patterns gives you back a choice.

Why I wrote this
I spent more than 16 years in engineering, making high-stakes decisions and leading a team, and I know how much of yourself that takes. As an iPEC-certified coach, I now see the same pattern in capable, analytical women: they haven’t lost their skills, but stress has taken their energy and their confidence. When you can see what is draining you, you can start to choose differently. This guide is where that starts.
